Overview of the Role
Our global banking client is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support retail branch marketing initiatives within a large, consumer-facing financial services organization. This role supports branch readiness efforts for multiple consumer credit card product launches, refreshes, acquisition offers, and ongoing enhancements across a large national branch network.
The Marketing Project Coordinator serves as a key program and project management partner, responsible for coordinating complex updates across banker tools, training, merchandising, and in-branch marketing assets. This includes managing large volumes of creative assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance through legal and risk review, and supporting go-to-market strategies that enable frontline bankers to deliver clear and effective customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong project management mindset. Success in this role requires the ability to manage ambiguity, stay level headed under pressure, collaborate across distributed teams, and continuously improve processes while maintaining rigorous standards for quality, controls, and execution.
The Basics
- Duration: 12-months (extension possible)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid, based in Wilmington, DE
- Onsite Requirements: Monday and Tuesday onsite; Wednesday through Friday remote (subject to change during assignment)

- Experience supporting marketing, project management, or go-to-market initiatives within a highly regulated, consumer-focused environment, with strong ownership of execution
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, large volumes of assets, and frequent updates simultaneously
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, field, legal, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
Other Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Project management focused skill set strongly preferred
- Experience supporting retail, branch, or field marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with regulated financial products or environments is a plus
- Experience managing or updating large sets of marketing collateral end to end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leading working sessions and presenting updates
- Comfortable working within structured processes, review cycles, and control environments
- Ability to take direction and act quickly without step by step guidance
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve existing processes and ways of working
- Spanish-language collateral experience is a plus (bilingual not required)
Key Responsibilities
- Support branch readiness for consumer credit card product launches, refreshes, and offer updates across a national retail branch network
- Manage go-to-market updates across multiple workstreams, ensuring trackers, timelines, and dependencies are accurate and up to date
- Own updates to banker-facing tools, training materials, and in-branch merchandising, including digital screens, ATM messaging, and desktop displays
- Manage large sets of creative assets, including parent creative and downstream child assets, applying updates, footnotes, and revisions with extremely high accuracy
- Coordinate legal, risk, compliance, and controls reviews, incorporating feedback and last minute changes while maintaining deadlines
- Review and approve materials and test links for quality, clarity, accuracy, and readiness prior to deployment
- Lead recurring working sessions and meetings with product owners and stakeholders to understand upcoming changes and readiness needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, acquisitions, sales strategy, field leadership, servicing, and go-to-market teams to align execution with business goals
- Support a distributed network of field partners and coaches by delivering clear, complete, and usable tools and resources
- Maintain a calm, solution oriented approach when timelines shift, challenges arise, or priorities change
- Promote strong risk, control, and process adherence while balancing speed, accuracy, and customer impact
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, proposing process enhancements, and leaving systems better than they were found
