Marketing Manager

Our client, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

This is a fully onsite position, 5x a week in Tempe, AZ.

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for creativity in order to lead marketing initiatives effectively.

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage and optimize content creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Oversee social media management, including strategy development, content creation, and community engagement.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
• Lead brand strategy initiatives to build a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and within budget, utilizing project management tools like Basecamp.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI analysis.

Marketing Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 years as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
• Experience in content creation and management.
• Proficiency in market research techniques and tools.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Demonstrated experience in brand strategy development and execution.
• Proficient in campaign management and project management methodologies.
• Experience with email marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
