Marketing Coordinator

Our A/E/C client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to assist the Process and Documentation team. This role is essential in supporting marketing efforts and enhancing brand presence across various platforms.

This is a 40 hours/week opportunity from January till July 2026. This is a hybrid role working 3 days onsite in the Denver area.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with technical staff to ensure project resumes are accurate.
• Support content creation for digital and print marketing collateral.
• Edit written content to be on brand and less engineering speak.
• Ensure project descriptions are accurate and systems are updated.
• Provide support in project management and coordination of marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• A/E/C industry experience.
• Experience with resume/project coordination as it relates to proposals. 
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and Marketing Systems Management.

Nice to Have

• If no A/E/C background, a background in Journalism or Communications is preferred.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
