Our retail client is looking for a Marketing Automation & Personalization Lead! This Hybrid, 4 days a week in Irving, Texas freelance assignment starts immediately, 40 hours a week, open-ended with the possibility to convert to full-time.
The Marketing Automation & Personalization Lead will be developing content and campaigns, coding emails, and working with a third party vendor to manage projects and personalization marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Automation & Personalization Lead will be developing content and campaigns, coding emails, and working with a third party vendor to manage projects and personalization marketing initiatives.
Marketing Automation & Personalization Lead Requirements
- 5 years experience
- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Proficient with Moveable Ink (must have!)
- Own and execute personalization roadmap to improve email customer experience and marketing KPIs through the use of 1:1 data-driven content
- Develop and manage business rules and logic for personalization tactics to ensure dynamic content is being displayed as expected
- Manage technical resources responsible for implementing personalization tactics by providing business requirements and creative assets, managing priorities and defining timelines
- Partner with channel owners and IT resources to manage data flows and MarTech system integrations necessary for data-driven personalization
- Conduct A/B testing
- Develop email content and new campaigns, as needed
- Help evaluate new AI tools, as needed
