Marketing Associate Manager

Our global professional services client is seeking a Marketing Associate Manager to support their team during an upcoming parental leave coverage. This is a fully remote role (37.5 hours/week, 5 days per week) that is projected to start on July 1st, 2026. 

The position partners closely with marketing and business leads to drive global growth by coordinating and executing marketing programs across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales enablement materials, including videos, client presentation decks, infographics, and case studies
• Manage marketing components of the solution tablet on ARC
• Create content for events featuring leadership, including demos, presentations, and social promotion
• Maintain and optimize web pages, including SEO enhancements
• Lead the "People Profiles" social campaign, including story sourcing and asset development
• Partner with the social team to manage editorial calendars and execute leader-led social strategies
• Support regional teams in local activation of marketing programs
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and impact

Required Skills & Experience:

• Business-level English proficiency
• Experience executing global marketing programs across:
  • Video
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Social and digital content
  • Event marketing (content and promotion, not logistics)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams (creative, campaign, content, strategy, events, and regional marketing teams)
• Experience briefing and overseeing creative development
• Strong project management skills, including tracking performance metrics and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global marketing environment
• Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and social strategy execution
