Loyalty Marketing Manager

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Partnership Loyalty Marketing Manager to support the organization's loyalty program during a maternity leave. This role focuses on developing, onboarding, launching and maintaining strategic loyalty partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self starter with deep experience in partnership marketing within aviation, travel, or tourism.

This role is open to remote talent but a perk if you live in Chicago. 

Start: Late Feb, early March

Duration: Mid July, 40 hrs / week

Must haves:

Partnership marketing experience specific to loyalty programs.
Background in aviation, travel, or tourism.
Strong client facing skills and comfort operating autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy & Onboarding
Lead top of funnel strategy for new partners entering the loyalty ecosystem.
Shape early stage marketing concepts, value propositions, and go to market direction.
Serve as the main marketing resource guiding how partnerships come to life.

Launch Support
Maintain strategic oversight through launch execution.
Partner with cross functional teams to deliver major activations (e.g., large scale launches like Lyft).
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations remain on track.

Partner & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key client facing contact for new and existing loyalty partners.
Navigate internal teams effectively to secure information, approvals, and alignment.
Build strong working relationships across the partner ecosystem.
