Overview:
Our footwear client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the Marketing Go-to-Market team with project management and content production. This role involves coordinating seasonal content projects (photoshoots, video, etc.), managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
This role is Monday through Wednesday in Boston, MA! This is a 40 hours per week role, estimated at 6-12 months.
**Experience with Asana is required for consideration**
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production Support:
- Help plan and execute seasonal content shoots with internal and external teams.
- Update shot lists, coordinate samples, and assist with photoshoot preparation.
Project Management:
- Support team adoption of Asana for project tracking and forecasting.
- Schedule meetings, send follow-ups, and track action items with stakeholders.
- Coordinate go-to-market timelines with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Sales Ops.
- Assist with setting up project templates and managing digital assets.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years in Marketing, Operations, or Content Production.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, and Digital Asset Management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
