A boutique agency is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join their team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious designer looking to grow their skillset and play an integral role in a small, collaborative team.
The ideal candidate brings creativity, a strong design foundation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in real estate and/or hospitality is a plus, and an entrepreneurial spirit with fresh ideas is highly valued!
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
-Strong typography skills and keen attention to detail
-Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
-Familiarity with ClickUp, Dropbox, Google Suite, and Canva (preferred)
-Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly
-A growth mindset with room to develop into more advanced design responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-Execute design and production tasks for print and digital assets, including web graphics, social media, emails, landing pages, magazine ads, brochures, and more
-Work within established brand guidelines to create marketing materials and collateral
-Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Self-manage and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
-Collaborate with team members and contribute creative ideas
Nice-to-Have
-Experience in real estate or hospitality industries
-Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing
