Well-known entertainment client is seeking a Project Coordinator to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, month-long contract opportunity requiring 4 days/week onsite (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote) in Glendale, CA.
Temp Coordinator, Advertising & Media
Seeking a detail-oriented Temp Coordinator to support the Advertising & Media team at an entertainment company. This role helps manage marketing deliverables across brand and show campaigns, working closely with creative teams and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

- Coordinate and traffic marketing materials across campaigns
- Proofread and ensure brand consistency
- Support digital agency management and creative reviews
- Compile coverage lists and review sitelists
- Maintain organized campaign files and vendor resources
- Assist in developing briefs and gathering research
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year experience in marketing/media coordination (entertainment preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
