Our client, a well-known educational publishing company, is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong digital and print experience to join their team. This is a hybrid role, working onsite in New Rochelle four days per week, with responsibilities split approximately 50% print and 50% digital.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging marketing and educational materials for teachers and students across both print and digital formats
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Digital Design Director, developers, editors, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Prepare and produce print files while optimizing digital assets for multiple platforms
- Translate concepts into interactive experiences that apply UI/UX best practices for intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Maintain design consistency within established brand and design systems
- Contribute to the evolution of digital-first workflows and team best practices
- 3 years of professional experience in both print and digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across print and screen
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a strong plus
