Graphic Designer

Our client, a growing fin-tech firm in Dallas, is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with generative AI skills. This full-time, salaried position comes with comprehensive benefits and requires onsite work in the client's Uptown office.

This role is hands-on, collaborative, and fast-paced - ideal for someone who combines strong visual fundamentals with AI-powered design workflows. You'll help shape how the brand shows up across digital, product, and marketing touchpoints.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Design brand, marketing, and product visuals
• Create assets for web, social, presentations, product marketing, and campaigns
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, and production
• Collaborate daily with video, marketing, and product teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative output
• Build reusable templates and asset systems

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• 3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Photoshop AI, Figma AI, DALL-E)
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an in-office, collaborative setting

Huge plus if you bring: 

• Motion or animation skills
• UI/UX insight
• Startup or fintech experience

 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
