Graphic Designer w/ Marketing

Our client, a top design firm, a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with Marketing to join their team to elevate their marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the design and architecture teams to craft compelling marketing materials, strengthen brand presence, and showcase services to prospective clients.

This role is hybrid M-TH in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually striking graphic packages for RFP and RFQ submissions.
• Partner with architects and designers to translate project concepts into impactful marketing content.
• Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including brochures, presentations, portfolios, and social media graphics.
• Maintain and refine the brand's visual identity across all platforms for brand consistency.
• Create engaging written and visual content such as blog posts, case studies, and project highlights to position the firm as an industry leader.
• Manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, and advertising channels.
• Support website updates and design enhancements, ensuring content reflects our latest projects and design philosophy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  
  

Must Haves

• Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design, marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication skills and eye for design
• Portfolio of print and digital work required
• Knowledge of typography and layout design
  
  

Nice To Haves

• Previous design experience in the Architecture, Real Estate, Construction or Engineering industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of architectural principles
• Photography is a plus
• Experience with Duda and Constant Contact preferred
• Exhibits strong initiative and autonomy, ensuring productivity by addressing tasks during periods of reduced activity
