What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freelance Marketing Associate position at Creative Circle?
Our client, a global beauty brand, is looking for a freelance Marketing Associate to join their NY team, 40 hours per week, in a hybrid remote / onsite capacity! This will be onsite 2 days per week, and remote 3.
The Freelance Marketing Associate will:
-support new product launches with concept, copy, product positioning, packaging, sample coordination, and go-to-market planning
-collaborate with sales / retail teams to develop in-store and online promotions, and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
-support the ABM and BM, and handle tasks assigned by senior team members
-coordinate PR events, sample activations, and pop-ups
-track SKU performance, campaign performance, and assist with preparing a weekly monthly report
The freelance Marketing Associate has:
-ideally 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, or the CPG industry
-experience with Sephora, Ulta, or other specialty beauty channels
-proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
-a passion for skincare, and knowledge / interest in beauty trends
- ideally candidates will have experience at a Korean beauty company (Ex: Amorepacific, Dr. Jart , COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Medicube). While not a requirement, Korean bilingual skills would also be a strong plus.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
