Email Marketing Specialist

Our client in home security is seeking a freelance Email Marketing Specialist to support ongoing campaign execution, with a strong focus on building and deploying emails in Pardot as well as preparing for a transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud later this year. This is a part-time contract role beginning in early June, with an initial duration of 8 weeks and the potential to extend.

What You'll Do:

• Build, edit, and deploy marketing emails in Pardot
• Upload and manage existing contact lists
• Develop and maintain HTML-coded email templates
• Build and optimize Engagement Studio programs in Pardot
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns using provided copy, design assets, and campaign outlines
• Ensure emails are responsive, QA'd, and follow best practices across devices and inboxes
• Assist with light reporting and performance analysis including open rates, CTR, and engagement trends

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience building emails in Pardot, legacy version experience a plus
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development
• Experience creating and managing Engagement Studio workflows
• Ability to upload and manage email lists within marketing platforms
• Familiarity with email QA, testing tools, and best practices
