Director Of SEO Account Management Responsibilities
- Lead and train a team of 5-8 Client Experience Managers
- Support client retention and manage a limited book of business
- Monitor scopes, time tracking, and HubSpot reporting
- Conduct spot checks on meetings and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to processes and hold team members accountable
- Collaborate on Zoom revenue initiatives tied to HubSpot
- Provide bandwidth oversight and operational support
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in client experience and 3 years of experience managing people
- Strong background in organic digital marketing and agency environments
- Experience in professional services
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
