Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead our website development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the needs of stakeholders and clients. This role will act as the primary liaison between the web agency, internal workstream leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure a successful launch that aligns with our strategic goals and enhances our digital presence.
This role will be in place through June 2026, and the client is seeking a candidate who can work in a hybrid capacity in Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage website development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making throughout the project.
- Utilize Agile methodology to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Oversee budget management and ensure that project costs are kept within agreed limits.
- Ensure the final product meets the required standards of quality, including UX/UI design elements.
- 7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in website development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Knowledge of SEO and its implications for web projects.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for project improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
