Our healthcare client is seeking a Digital Product Manager.

Location: Fully Remote, must reside in the US
Hours: 30 hours/week
Duration: through 12/31/26 with potential to extend

Responsibilities:

• As an integral part of their Digital Solutions team, you will engage project's target audience and communicate overall project vision, roadmap, and deliverables with key stakeholders, leadership and the project team.
• Define and communicate mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap to key stakeholders and delivery teams
• Balance high-quality mobile product development with competing priorities, taking into account platform constraints (iOs / Android), release cycles, dependencies, and technical trade-offs.
• Partner with scrum masters, mobile engineering leadership, product owners, UX/UI, and analytics to prioritize and sequence mobile app enhancements that deliver incremental customer business value.
• Work with their Lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap for digital experiences. You will be accountable for the execution, delivery and optimization of the mobile app roadmap
• Serve as an escalation point to mitigate issues related to their portals and mobile apps
• Lead discovery sessions to define mobile use cases, MVP scope, feature requirements, and success metrics, translating insights into actionable backlog items.
• Use mobile analytics (adoption, engagement, app rankings) to inform prioritization and improve the app experience.
• Own end-to-end mobile app lifecycle from discovery to post-release optimization.

The ideal candidate:

• An experienced Digital Product Manager who appreciates the opportunity to improve people's health through digital engagement.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience determining project scope, lead projects and socialize project status and outcome to leaders, stakeholders, project teams and business partners
• Demonstrated digital experience with websites and/or mobile apps, content development, and experience with designers and business stakeholders
• 1 year of experience utilizing Agile methodology for project management

Preferred:

• History of working cross-functionally and navigating a matrixed environment in a large company
• Preferred if you have experience in healthcare, health insurance, etc.
• Someone that is excited to partner with business owners, developers, product owners, and project management teams to improve the user's digital experience by connecting service touch points and experiences via web, mobile, email and other new technologies.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics tools
• Experience supporting native iOS and android apps

This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle's managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!
