Digital Engagement Coordinator (Full-Time, Hybrid - Raleigh, NC)

Our client is seeking a Digital Engagement Coordinator to join their team and help build a positive, engaging online presence. This role focuses on interacting with fans across social and digital platforms, monitoring brand sentiment, and supporting campaign performance through real-time engagement and content support.

Location: Hybrid, requiring at least 3 days onsite per week in Raleigh, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage across social media platforms, responding to inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Foster a positive community by providing helpful, thoughtful, and brand-aligned interactions
• Track and report on the performance of organic, earned, and paid social campaigns
• Support content creation, including writing copy and developing basic visuals or video
• Monitor brand reputation and contribute to daily reporting on media activity
• Assist with social promotions, including prize fulfillment
• Provide support on broader communications initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills, especially in public-facing digital environments
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Experience with media monitoring tools such as Meltwater or Critical Mention
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for simple content creation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license required
