Our client in the CPG space is seeking a full-time Digital Designer to join their Creative team onsite at their Coppell office, five days per week. This individual contributor role centers on creating polished, brand-aligned digital content spanning eCommerce, digital storefronts, email, advertising, and video for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. The ideal candidate is a digitally savvy, detail-driven designer with a strong eCommerce background who can turn brand strategy into executions that perform, while bringing light copywriting skills and comfort using AI tools into the mix.
What You'll Do:
- Build high-impact PDP content for platforms like Amazon, Walmart.com, and brand-owned digital storefronts that drives conversion through strong visual storytelling
- Concept and produce email campaigns from initial layout through final send, adding light copy support to strengthen messaging
- Develop and refine ad creative for paid social, display, and retail media, resizing and adapting assets across various platform specs
- Use AI tools to speed up production and bring fresh thinking to digital content development
- Work closely with Creative and Brand partners to turn seasonal priorities and campaign goals into strong digital concepts
- Help craft on-brand copy for things like product descriptions, email subject lines, headlines, and social captions
- Juggle several digital projects at once, staying organized under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Keep a pulse on digital design trends and new tools to keep creative output fresh and effective
- Review final assets closely to ensure accuracy, polish, and brand consistency
What You'll Need:
- 5 years in a digital design role, ideally with a CPG, beauty, or eCommerce-focused portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Sharp design instincts with strong command of typography, layout, color, and UX principles for digital and eCommerce work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Figma experience a plus
- Comfort using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly
- A portfolio showing hands-on experience designing PDPs, digital storefronts, and email campaigns
- Solid grasp of brand voice and the ability to write supporting copy when needed
- Familiarity with ad specs and requirements across Meta, Amazon, Google, and TikTok
- Video editing skills for short-form social and digital content, with motion graphics experience a plus
- A mix of creative drive and practical organization to manage a busy workload
