Digital Designer

Our cosmetics client is looking for a Digital Designer to join their team.

This is a part-time role in NYC, 20-25 hours per week with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday! You must have beauty and video editing experience to be considered.

Responsibilities:
-Help adapt global brand creative across multiple platforms, including retailer sites, our clients DTC website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon
-Design and optimize digital assets that align with brand guidelines while meeting platform specific requirements
-Edit short form and long form video content for ecommerce and social channels
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and external partners to support launches and campaigns
-Continuously iterate and evolve creative as the brand grows and scales

Qualifications:
-5 years of digital design experience: beauty, cosmetics, or consumer brands preferred
-Strong ability to work across static and motion design, including video editing
-Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Final Cut Pro
-Comfortable operating without a rigid structure in a fast-moving, evolving environment
-Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to wear multiple hats
-Ability to interpret and execute creative within established brand guidelines while pushing ideas forward

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
