Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Web Design & CMS Authoring:
- Create and update web content directly within CMS platforms such as Marigold Grow, AEM, Directus, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build engaging digital experiences without relying on external development resources.
- Email Design & Production:
- Build marketing emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder, leveraging existing templates and content blocks.
- Apply basic HTML/CSS knowledge to customize and troubleshoot email layouts as needed.
- Design Support & Optimization:
- Partner with the website merchandiser to design and implement new content or creative assets for A/B testing.
- Provide overflow support to the UX team for UI design tasks in Figma when needed.
- General Digital Design Tasks:
- Contribute to a variety of digital design needs across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Proven experience in web and email design, with a portfolio showcasing CMS-based work.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Content Builder.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and web content customization.
- Experience working directly in CMS platforms (not just designing in Figma).
- Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
