Digital Account Strategist

Position Overview
Seeking experienced Digital Account Strategist to build and sell a advertising solutions, using our proven conversion-driven and brand-building solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Drive renewals, retention and revenue growth through proactive account planning, upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align customer goals with product capabilities and company objectives.
  • Manage contract lifecycle activities including pricing & quoting, negotiation, execution and compliance with SLAs.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management for assigned territory or book of business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementation and handoffs with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless customer adoption.
  • Manage billing, invoicing and order management in collaboration with Finance and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy and timely collection.
  • Operate CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) to maintain account records, activity logs and opportunity progression.
  • Leverage ERP (Oracle, SAP) and support tools (Zendesk/Intercom) to resolve operational issues and manage escalations.
  • Produce regular account reporting and analytics using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau/Looker and basic SQL to inform decisions and executive updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize territory management, quotas and go-to-market motions.
  • Mitigate account risk through proactive issue resolution, SLA oversight and stakeholder communication.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and business reviews (PowerPoint) to demonstrate value and influence renewal/expansion outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Support) to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap and process improvements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of account plans, contract terms, pricing history and escalation paths.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of account management, client relationship management or customer success experience, preferably in SaaS or technology services.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals, retention, upsell and cross-sell to achieve revenue targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with ERP/order systems such as Oracle or SAP and order-to-cash processes (billing & invoicing, order management).
  • Strong contract management and negotiation experience, including SLA oversight and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, pipeline management and use of forecasting tools.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint; experience with reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and basic SQL.
  • Experience with customer support platforms (Zendesk/Intercom) and escalation management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Solid project management skills to coordinate onboarding, implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting & analytics to drive account decisions and executive updates.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage a dynamic book of business with competing priorities.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; certifications in sales, account management or CRM platforms are a plus.
