Junior Designer

Location: Fully remote
Hours: 10-20 hours per week
Duration: 4-6 months
Pay Range: $25-$33 per hour
Start: Early January (if 1st project goes well, this will be nice and long term for you!)

Description
We're looking for a talented Designer to join our boutique agency client's team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can jump in to support multiple initiatives. This client is open to someone who has a full-time job but wants to take on projects after work/on the weekends OR if someone is fully freelancing right now!

Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital assets including presentations, website layouts (design only, no development), one-pagers, and occasional social media graphics.
- Assist with brand identity projects, including identity systems and visual guidelines.
- Create swag and marketing collateral as needed.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality work on time.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Familiarity with Figma preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with brand identity design.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles.
- Industry experience in education is a bonus but not required.
