Overview of the Role
A growing in-house creative team is seeking a Visual Designer to contribute to high-impact marketing and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver with strong conceptual and production skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will develop compelling creative across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels, while helping evolve brand identity and support large-scale marketing efforts.
The Basics
- Duration: 3 month, potential to extend
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Onsite, 5 days/week in Denver, CO
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- Design Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house environment with strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Multichannel Execution: Proven ability to deliver high-quality design work across digital, social, and print platforms while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative Thinking & Communication: Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles with the ability to translate business needs into effective creative solutions.
Other Qualifications
- Online portfolio demonstrating a range of strategic design and advertising work
- Experience working with generative design tools (e.g., Midjourney) and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Familiarity with design systems, components, and libraries in Figma
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with animation/motion design and project management tools is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creative concepts across digital, social, print, and broadcast mediums
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects with guidance from senior creative leadership
- Translate creative briefs and stakeholder requirements into compelling visual solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
- Contribute to brand evolution through innovative and strategic design thinking
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to inform creative output
- Utilize generative technologies to develop and refine concepts into polished deliverables
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools to improve team efficiency and output quality
