Our client is looking for a Demand and Growth Marketing Manager to join their team full time, in a hybrid capacity, onsite in Malvern, PA, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The Demand and Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth through end to end ownership of the marketing conversion process. This role focuses on generating demand, optimizing digital conversion experiences, and partnering cross functionally to move prospects and existing donors through the funnel from initial engagement to contribution and ongoing value.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will lead acquisition and lifecycle initiatives that balance net new growth with increased contributions from the existing donor base. Success in this role requires strong analytical acumen, campaign ownership, and the ability to build effective relationships with Sales and Client/Donor Services while establishing scalable processes, performance standards, and SLAs.
Demand and Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing conversion funnel, driving prospects and existing donors to the next stage of engagement, contribution, or revenue.
- Lead demand generation efforts across digital channels, including campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
- Develop and optimize acquisition and lifecycle campaigns that support both new donor growth and increased contributions from current donors.
- Assess and improve web and digital conversion experiences, including landing pages, forms, and paid media, to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
- Partner closely with Sales and Client/Donor Services to define lead handoff processes, establish SLAs, and align on shared KPIs.
- Build strong cross functional relationships to identify opportunities where marketing, sales, and service can jointly drive growth.
- Own marketing analytics and performance reporting, establishing clear visibility into funnel metrics, attribution, and revenue impact.
- Ensure data integrity by understanding marketing data flows, analytics frameworks, and measurement methodologies.
- Apply a test and learn mindset, using insights and experimentation to continuously improve campaign and channel performance.
Demand and Growth Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
- Extremely strong analytical skills with hands on experience optimizing performance across multiple marketing channels.
- Proven ability to independently develop, launch, and manage campaigns while collaborating effectively with cross functional partners.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms; Salesforce ecosystem experience (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in web experience optimization, paid media evaluation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Background in financial services, wealth management, consumer focused, or B2B2C environments preferred; experience targeting high net worth audiences is a plus.
- For candidates from nonprofit or philanthropy organizations, experience with corporate, foundation, or legacy audiences rather than mass market fundraising.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build new processes and ways of working.
- High sense of urgency, strong ownership mindset, and cultural alignment within a fast paced, collaborative marketing organization.
