Our client, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, is seeking a skilled Digital Asset Manager who is proficient in Avid MAM to support their entertainment client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export and prepare media assets and metadata from Avid MAM for migration
- Organize source data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Extract enrich and validate metadata from Avid MAM systems
- Ensure metadata integrity and linkage between media objects and assignments
- Normalize metadata for compatibility with downstream ingestion workflows
- Execute migration workflows to transfer media assets from AWS S3 archives to cloud based processing environments
- Validate successful transfers and troubleshoot issues during migration
- Support ingestion workflows within Mimir to process assets generate proxies and archive content into Google Cloud Storage GCS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with the file transfer platform
Qualifications:
- Ideally at least 5-6 years of strong, hands on experience with Avid MAM
- Must have experience with AWS S3 services and cloud based migration workflows
- Must be familiar with Google Cloud Storage or other cloud storage platforms
- Must have knowledge of metadata migration processes and workflow automation
- Must be able to design scalable reliable and efficient migration workflows
- Background in media broadcast technology environments is preferred
- Familiarity with Mimir ingestion pipelines is preferred
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, in the U.S. and offshore
- Must be comfortable in a client-facing role where you will be presenting and making recommendations
Salary : $40 - $50
