Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Creative Project Manager, ideally with previous agency or in-house creative team experience, to support their team for ~9 months of work.
Please note: this role is onsite 2-3 days / week in Milwaukee and 20 hours a work per/week (could be more based on project needs).
This role is responsible for managing the production of all creative assets that meet business needs. This person will work closely with Marketing business partners and the creative team to ensure each project is successful, meeting objectives and delivered within time, cost, and quality parameters.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple creative projects from ideation to execution with an emphasis on social, print and web.
- Determines project requirements, timelines, and resources needed for creative work.
- Maintains project status to ensure deadlines are met and projects are within budget.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal business partners, creative discipline leads, and agency partners.
- Identifies risks and problem solving appropriately, escalating as necessary.
- Ensures project quality by following visual QA processes.
- Manages multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders often to ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Experience working within the financial industry (or for financial clients within an agency environment) a plus.
- Deep experience with Workfront project management systems.
- Adept at managing creative workflows from concept to delivery.
- General knowledge of social, print and UX best practices.
- Can meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Pays attention to details and is organized; can take clear meeting notes; is thorough when communicating; can stay on top of all project components.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter that can work independently, can escalate to leader as needed.
