Creative Manager

Our Milwaukee based agency client is looking for a local Creative Manager to join their team on a fulltime basis!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands creative production and agency workflows turning strategic direction into high-quality creative work and will require 4 days a week on site in the Third Ward.

The Creative Manager will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of creative initiatives, serving as the client facing bridge between strategic creative direction and creative execution which will include:
- Creative development and execution; participate in client facing creative planning and concept development meetings, helping to guide creative execution, ensuring creative work aligns with project objectives, brand standards, and strategic direction
- Creative resource planning; determine appropriate internal and external resources per project, help allocate creative budgets across production needs and partner closely with internal Project Managers
- Freelancer & vendor management; source, onboard, and manage freelance pool of designers, editors, photographers, videographers and creative specialists, prepare project materials, assets, references and requirements for external partners, serving as the main point of contact for freelance creative resources

The Creative Manager must have:
- 4 years of agency experience with 1 year leading/managing a team, preferably in a client facing role
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, content, and creative production workflows
- Experience managing external resources and reviewing /providing actional feedback for creative work
- Experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating findings into creative recommendations
- Familiar or open to AI tool exploration

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
