Requirements
- Prior experience working in an agency environment, with a strong understanding of strategic content development.
- You MUST be able to provide sample creative briefs that demonstrate their ability to translate ideas into actionable content plans.
- A solid grasp of the PR, media, and corporate reputation landscape is essential for success in this role.
- Contribute to overall content strategy across platforms
- Create evergreen tools and resources to support storytelling
- Evolve the templated brief process for clarity and efficiency
- Lead editorial planning by identifying future priorities and storytelling opportunities
- Support content development for feature stories on the website, social media, and associate-facing channels
- Provide recommendations for executive content usage across their channels
- Focus on three key areas:
- Cultural: Identify relevant, resonant stories that demonstrate value
- Competitors: Monitor and analyze competitor content and messaging
- Strategy: Align content creation with business priorities and communication goals
