Position Overview
Our client, a boutique PR agency, is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join their marketing team. This will be part-time, ongoing project-based work starting in July.
The agency works with high-end residential real estate properties in Fort Lauderdale. You will be responsible for capturing vertical video content (iPhone preferred) for Instagram Reels and TikTok. This role requires an eye for hospitality, placemaking, and lifestyle storytelling showcasing available units, amenity spaces, and local hotspots like cafes and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality vertical video content (iPhone preferred) for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Film on-site at luxury residential properties, showcasing: available units, amenity spaces, nearby cafes, restaurants, and lifestyle hotspots
- Follow a provided shot list and coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth execution
- Upload all raw video content to Google Drive for post-production
- Ensure content aligns with best practices for social performance and engagement
Qualifications
- Experience creating lifestyle, hospitality, or placemaking content
- Strong ability to capture visually appealing video using an iPhone or camera
- Understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and what drives engagement
- Highly organized and able to work independently on-site
- Comfortable coordinating with property teams and managing short visits
- Reliable availability for recurring assignments
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
