About the Role
Our client in the digital health space is seeking a Client Marketing Manager to drive enrollment and engagement across employer clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will own strategy and execution working directly with HR stakeholders to deliver effective, client-specific marketing programs.

What You Will Do

• Build and execute client-specific marketing strategies to drive enrollment
• Partner with HR stakeholders on channel selection, timing, and messaging
• Own marketing calendars, campaign plans, and execution
• Create and deliver campaigns (email, landing pages, toolkits) in a hands-on capacity
• Manage both 1:1 client relationships and scaled communications (newsletters, updates)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize campaigns
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Client Marketing Manager or similar client-facing marketing role in digital health or healthcare-related fields
• Ability to build and execute marketing plans end-to-end
• Comfortable being hands-on across campaign execution and processes
• Experience working with clients (ideally HR or benefits teams)
• Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge

• Digital health or healthcare experience
• B2B2C experience (marketing through employers to reach end users)
