What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Insight Analyst position at Creative Circle?
Our client is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Insight Analyst to support data analysis and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with the VP/SVP of Marketing to deliver actionable insights, identity trends, and support initiatives that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This will be a full-time, hybrid role in office in Irvine on Tuesday/Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful intelligence to improve forecasting, risk management, and revenue optimization in a highly regulated, fast-paced industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize statistical analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the development of business intelligence tools and processes to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence and Statistical Analysis.
- Strong skills in Reporting and Data Visualization tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Experience in dashboard development and Data Mining techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of Predictive Analytics and Stakeholder Management will be advantageous.
