Our Entertainment client is seeking a Brand Licensing Manager to join their team for the next 3 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Burbank, CA.
Role Summary
This Associate supports the Food, Health and Beauty team in the management of category initiatives, revenue planning, and execution, including quarterly forecasting. The role assists with white space analysis, researching potential partners, and brainstorming new business opportunities while coordinating closely with internal teams and external licensees to drive successful product launches and category growth.

Additional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
2 years of experience in the licensing industry or within a licensor, vendor, retailer, or entertainment environment preferred
Basic understanding of licensing, financial forecasts, and budgets
Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment with changing priorities
Responsibilities
Assist the team in managing category initiatives, revenue plans, and execution
Support quarterly forecasts, accruals, and annual budgets by creating templates, coordinating outreach to licensees, collecting data, and analyzing results
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, licensees, and legal partners to create, submit, and track merchandise contracts, NDAs, and import or customs documentation
Track product sell in, launches, and performance metrics
Facilitate workflows for products featured on social media
Maintain and update internal systems with licensee contacts, launch timelines, and event information
Develop and share timely category updates with internal and external audiences
Manage sample inventory and coordinate internal sample requests
Partner with Product Development, Marketing, and Publicity teams to kick off collaborations and project manage through launch
Conduct white space analysis, research potential partners, and support new business opportunities
Organize and manage shared files and tools such as SharePoint, Airtable, and Box
Coordinate preparation of internal and external presentation materials
Monitor competitive activity and industry trends and apply key learnings to category strategies
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
