Account Director (B2B) - Part-Time

Hybrid | Longmont, CO

Our client is an integrated marketing agency looking for an experienced Account Director with strong B2B agency experience to lead and grow key client relationships. This is a part-time role (20-30 hours per week) with flexibility and the potential to ramp up for the right fit.

This role requires in-office presence a few days per week in Longmont, CO, with flexibility around schedule given the part-time nature of the position.

About the Role

As an Account Director, you'll serve as a senior strategic partner to B2B clients-owning account health, guiding integrated marketing strategy, and ensuring high-quality execution across PR, digital, content, media, and creative. You'll work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver work that drives measurable business impact.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the senior point of contact and strategic lead for assigned B2B client accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite)
  • Lead integrated marketing strategies aligned to client business goals
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
  • Oversee execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Manage scopes, timelines, and budgets across multiple initiatives
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategy as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, integrated delivery
What We're Looking For
  • 10 years of experience in an integrated marketing or advertising agency
  • B2B marketing experience required
  • Proven success leading client relationships and strategic marketing programs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, proactive, and confident bringing a point of view
Role Details
