products.Theinitialfocus will be onEdaresFastener Measurement Tool (FMT)

and related products.The FMT wasdeveloped for

F-35fastenerinspectionandthe U.S. Department of Defense hasidentifiedit

as one of the key technologies needed to meet the F-35 production rate

goals.Today, the FMT is in its 3rdgenerationandsales are being

targetedto other platforms, both military and commercial. Edare

isactively working to buildits Metrologyteam and improve the tool to

ensure the FMT can continue to grow into new markets.Despite the

metrology focus, this role may be involved in a variety ofbusiness

areasatEdare, and the position may be tailored to the right

individual.The ideal candidate will be able to apply theirexpertiseto a

broad and challenging array ofcutting-edgeproduct development and

early-state production efforts.

Edare is convenientlylocatedin Centerra Park nearDartmouth College and

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center offI-89in Lebanon, NH.

Duties/Responsibilities

• **Production**-
• Get your hands dirty and use your engineeringskills/background
  
  

at the same time.Actively support production, guideour

assemblers,inspectwork,and perform assembly tasks as needed.

• Contribute tomechanical, electrical, and softwaredesignand
  
  

configuration control.

• Manage the production area, cover physical inventory management,
  
  

tooling, facility setup, and maintenance of production assets.

• **Repairs/Support/FieldSupport**-
• Leadphysicalproductrepairs, performthe troubleshooting,and
  
  

ensure device configuration matches customer specification.

• Travel independentlyforfieldservicecallswithremote support
  
  

fromEdareengineering team.Must be

capableofinterfacingwithcustomersandrepresentingthe

FMT/Edarebrands.

Secondary Responsibilities

• - - Mechanical engineering/technician designand
  
  

manufacturingskills,i.e.be able todesign and build

simple fixturesor assembly aids.

• Salessupport at customer locations and tradeshows.
