What You'll Do
- Present and sell finance, protection, and insurance products to customers.
- Secure financing through a network of lenders while maximizing approval opportunities.
- Build value and confidence in vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other offerings.
- Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations.
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize deal structure and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-focused experience.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in automotive F&I, sales management, or high-performance automotive sales.
- Strong closer with the ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
- Competitive drive and a passion for achieving goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Experience with dealership management systems and lender portals preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college/Associates degree preferred.
- Finance training/schooling recommended
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals

- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Intermediate computer skills
- Physical requirements: Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements. Position requires light physical activity, which includes 15% walking, 5% standing, 10% cramped or confined spaces, and 70% sitting.
