Job Purpose: The Branch Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the branch’s administrative needs. This position carries a lot of responsibility as our customer’s first point of contact. The Branch Administrative Assistant will manage phones, scheduling, customer service and general office tasks including taking new jobs and placing them into the software system, data entry, and filing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Phone skills: Answering the phones in the office is one of the most important duties in the company.
• Timely updating of company reports.
• Ability to positively motivate others.
• Convey positive image of the company.
• Complete delegated tasks on time.
• Seek information and knowledge on new issues.
• Develop creative solutions to problems.
• Seek additional assignments and duties.
• Turn in accurate, timely and complete paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Exceptional phone skills
• Detail-oriented
• Good at multi-tasking

Work Environment
- The job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as: computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
