Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Salary: $30-$40/hr during contract period; $60,000-$85,000 annually upon permanent conversion

Must have skills:
- Prior experience working within a managed services provider (MSP) environment is required, along with 5-6 years of hands-on technical support background
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise platforms, Azure cloud fundamentals, Windows Server environments, and Group Policy creation and deployment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage IT projects end-to-end, including reviewing statements of work, refining project plans, and delegating tasks to engineering resources
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration initiatives (e.g., transitioning from on-premises infrastructure to Azure or between cloud platforms), including familiarity with migration utilities such as SkyKick or Exchange migration tools
- Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of leading technical projects rather than simply assisting or shadowing on them
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for technical engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
- Coordinate and lead client deployment initiatives by managing both internal engineering teams and third-party resources, while clearly communicating priorities and change management approaches to all stakeholders
- Build and document standardized processes for technical migrations—including server transitions, cloud service rollouts, and system implementations—while managing client expectations throughout each phase
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture critical decisions and action items, and prepare clear technical documentation and presentations to keep all parties aligned
- Evaluate and analyze scopes of work and change requests for accuracy and feasibility, while proactively identifying risks and delivering practical solutions to technical obstacles
- Partner with account managers, sales engineers, and project engineers to ensure technical objectives and deadlines are consistently met, and contribute to ongoing refinement of project management practices
