Salary: $250,000-$275,000 25% STI

Must have skills:
- Proven experience as a CTO in a growth stage or mid market environment
- Track Record of building and scaling proprietary platforms
- Strong mix of hands on technical depth and executive leadership
- Experience operating in data heavy and/or regulated environments
- Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and execution
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall technology strategy, including platform, product, engineering, and data functions
- Drive platform scalability and modernization, improving performance, reliability, and long term architecture
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology with business growth and new product initiatives
- Oversee technology operations, including system performance, compliance, and security
- Build and scale a high performing engineering and technology organization, establishing structure, process, and accountability
