Location: Remote, US
Salary: $200K annually

Must have skills:
- 7 years in full-stack engineering / architecture
- Strong mix of hands-on development architecture strategy
- Consulting background
- Experience building AI solutions (LLMs, agents, workflows)
- Strong with APIs, integrations, distributed systems
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders (whiteboarding, presenting, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Define overall AI architecture, tools, and standards (agents, workflows, governance)
- Partner with the business to identify, prioritize, and redesign workflows for AI enablement
- Build and deploy AI solutions (LLMs, agents, RAG, integrations) from concept ? production
- Establish best practices around security, responsible AI, and auditability
- Act as a player-coach—hands-on early while setting foundations to scale a team
