What You’ll Do
- Develop new business throughout the Atlanta territory.
- Prospect, generate leads, and build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Build relationships with healthcare, corporate wellness, fitness, and performance organizations.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Manage complex opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with customers and prospects.
- Present premium fitness and wellness solutions based on client needs.
- Negotiate and close business while meeting sales and profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate account, prospect, and opportunity information within the CRM.
- Monitor market trends and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- 3 years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and grow existing accounts.
- Experience managing complex, solution-based sales opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-development skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
- Strong organization and territory-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage a field territory covering approximately a 3-hour radius around Atlanta.
- Healthcare, corporate wellness, fitness, athletic training, or sports performance sales.
- Premium, luxury, or solution-based product sales.
- Existing relationships within Atlanta’s health, corporate, or performance markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- $85,000–$95,000 base salary.
