Solution Key Account Manager – Health, Corporate, Performance Vertical

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers and sellers of luxury commercial and home gym equipment. Their brands of treadmills, exercise bikes, weight machines, workout benches, and more are used by over 50 million people daily. When businesses need to buy gym equipment and fitness solutions, this is a premier supplier and top option.
We have an excellent new Solution Key Account Manager opportunity to join the Field Sales team. In this role, as a Sales Account Manager, you perform outside sales and business development to HCP targets in the greater Atlanta territory. In this position, you'll sell into healthcare facilities for rehab and physical therapy, corporate wellness centers within major companies, and elite athletic training programs at the collegiate and national level. You are the only Solution Key Account Manager for the HCP vertical in the region and this is B2B commercial sales, not individual retail customers. This role requires mostly field sales with a flexible mix of home and some office work. Our Solution Key Account Managers work hard, but have a great company and fitness solution backing them up!
Compensation: $85-105k base salary and first year on target earnings of $160-190k . Health benefits. 401k retirement plan, PTO, and paid holidays.
Your Impact Ensure that local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets are achieved Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and update the CRM Increase customer satisfaction Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
What We Look For
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment. You do not have to have gym or fitness equipment sales experience to be hired and successful!
What you should bring: Passion for fitness, working out, athletics At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills Solid experience with sales CRM software, Salesforce preferred Result-driven approach Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities
