What You’ll Do
Dispatch and coordinate service technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance
Schedule and adjust technician workloads based on customer needs
Communicate with customers via phone and email throughout the service process
Enter service orders and maintain accurate customer records
Monitor service activity and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
What You Bring
High School diploma or equivalent
7 years of related experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and multitasking ability
Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
