$85,000–$95,000 base commissions
Job Summary
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand their client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a hunter mentality, and a creative flair for consulting on décor and design solutions. This role involves generating new business, managing existing accounts, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Generate sales through prospecting, client presentations, networking events, referrals, and social media
Conduct market research to identify competitive advantages and report on competitor and customer activities
Recommend product, service, or policy changes based on results and market trends
Resolve client issues by investigating problems and providing solutions
Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Establish and grow a strong client base
Build brand awareness in the region
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Perform administrative tasks, including tracking sales, entering orders, and filing expense reports
Qualifications
3 years of direct B2B sales experience in one of the following industries:
Interior design
Food industry
Fashion & apparel (manufacturer side)
Distribution
Beauty products
Hotel sales
Proven “hunter” background with experience prospecting and closing new business
Creative and consultative approach to sales, especially in décor or design
Results-oriented, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing
Ability to travel for client meetings
Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Not a Fit
Event planners or managers, tech sales professionals, or candidates solely from the events industry
Candidates outside the industries listed above
