What You’ll Do
- Perform periodontal charting, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
- Administer local anesthetic
- Take dental radiographs and perform dental sealants
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal disease, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain and organize instruments and treatment rooms
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain
- Ability to administer local anesthetic
- Ideally 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Reliable, team-oriented approach
- $45–$65/hour, negotiable depending on experience
