What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for direct-hire positions across multiple industries.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple searches while prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Consistently achieve recruiting, placement, and revenue goals.
- At least one year of recruiting experience within a staffing agency or executive search firm.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn performance-based compensation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience and the ability to overcome rejection and setbacks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Recruit across multiple industries, gaining exposure to a wide variety of businesses and hiring needs.
- Focus on direct-hire recruiting where quality placements matter.
- Own the full recruiting process while partnering with dedicated Account Managers responsible for business development.
- Receive structured onsite training followed by hybrid/remote flexibility based on performance.
