Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and serve as a trusted HR resource for leadership and employees.
This hands-on role covers recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, performance management, and training.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and HR questions.
- Coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
- Administer benefits, 401(k), COBRA, and annual enrollment.
- Maintain employee records and process changes within Rippling.
- Support and process bimonthly payroll and related reporting.
- Manage FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, OSHA, and employment compliance.
- Maintain HR policies, Employee Handbook, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee development.
- Support HR reporting, compensation analysis, and process improvements.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
- Experience supporting a small to mid-sized organization preferred.
- Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, OSHA, and wage/hour laws.
- Experience with recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- HRIS experience; Rippling preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR priorities and confidential matters.
- Bachelor's degree and SHRM/PHR certification preferred, but not required.
- Take ownership of a broad, hands-on HR function.
- Work directly with employees and organizational leadership.
- Make a meaningful impact on culture, compliance, and employee experience.
