- Oversee and manage the Pediatric PT Program and caseload
- Evaluate and assess children with movement and developmental challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Help children improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Provide training and support to non PT professionals
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, functional training, and specialized equipment during treatment
- Participate in leadership and program development initiatives
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Experience working with developmental disabilities and autism preferred
- Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
