Job Responsibilities
Manage client service requests related to policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently Utilize Applied Epic and carrier portals for daily account servicing tasks Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve service-related issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring timely follow-ups Provide professional and responsive communication to support a high level of client satisfaction
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Previous experience in an insurance customer service or CSR role Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
