Compensation (Flexible Based On Experience)
- Level 1 (Entry-Level / New Grad): $60K–$65K
- Level 2 (2 Years): $65K–$75K
- Level 3 (5 Years): $75K–$85K

What You’ll Do
- Create and develop detailed electrical and shelter design drawings
- Interpret bid documents, customer specs, and supplied drawings
- Perform calculations (AC service, HVAC, energy, structural)
- Prepare work orders and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and engineering teams
- Assist with additional design and engineering tasks as needed
- Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Solid math skills (algebra, geometry, formulas)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience
- 0–5 years of electrical design experience (level-dependent)
- Experience with electrical systems design preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
