Job Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint (sanding, masking, priming) Mix and apply paint to achieve high-quality, consistent finishes Perform color matching and blending for both classic and custom applications Apply clear coats and finishes to meet show-quality standards Inspect completed work to ensure top-tier quality and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with body technicians and restoration team members Assist with refinishing on a variety of classic and specialty vehicles
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of automotive paint/refinishing experience Strong understanding of paint prep, application, and finishing techniques Experience with color matching and blending High attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
